We all know that when you narrow your focus you increase your results. So why is it that so many agents resist specialization?

Myth #1:  I will lose other opportunities.

Reality: When you create a specialty, you elevate yourself and increase your overall credibility. Just as cardiac surgeons are still looked upon as capable general physicians, they are also seen as superior in their field. I don't typically watch “The Voice” on NBC, the singing talent show that's all the rage. And I haven't spent a ton of time – until now - dissecting how the success of Taylor Swift can translate into success in real estate and life.
