News Release: Agent and Leadership Coach Nikki Buckelew to Speak at Ohio Association of Realtors Conference

Published on September 5, 2012

Building lasting relationships with clients and "How to Create a Narrow Niche to Reach More People" will be the focus of instruction as noted real estate agent and leadership coach Nikki Buckelew addresses the Ohio Association of Realtors Conference on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at 9:30 am at the Hilton Columbus at Easton.

"It is such an honor to be speaking at the Ohio Association of Realtors Conference in Columbus," said Buckelew. "The committee that organized the programming shared that they wanted the training and education to have a profound impact on the lives and businesses of their attendees and I am committed to delivering a program that does just that."

As housing sales begin to rise after a lengthy recession, Buckelew will instruct agents on how to create energy and enthusiasm within their business while reflecting that same confidence and excitement to a narrow funnel of prospective clients.

"By creating a powerful niche market, agents benefit from long-term repeat and referral business that will remain intact even in a shifted or down market like we have recently experienced," she noted.

Nikki Buckelew is on a mission. Having risen to the highest ranks of the real estate industry, as the head of a mega-agent team that sold more than 120 homes per year, she sharpened her focus on the factors that contributed to her success, and devoted herself to coaching and empowering agents and small business owners to take their lives and careers to levels of achievement they had not imagined possible. Driven by a deep desire to help clients unlock their potential, she's also a sought-after speaker and trainer who is known for inspiring audiences nationally and internationally with candor, humor and passion.
