My Mind, My Enemy?

Yak yak yak yak yak.

I don't know about you, but my mind very rarely shuts up. And, realistically, I bet yours doesn't either.

This constant barrage of “static of the mind” is part of the human condition and something that – since it's been with each of us since we were toddlers – we simply have grown accustomed to and completely accept.
